At Build to Plans we offer a competitive Architectural service covering Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex for anyone planning to carry out building projects.

We will note your requirements and make arrangements to meet you at your property for more detailed discussions. Should you then wish to proceed we will work to the following steps:-

Stage 1

• Take dimensions as relevant for your proposals.
• Produce scaled layout plans and elevations.
• Provide sketch drawings for your comment and modification as required.

Stage 2

• Produce detailed Planning and Building Regulation drawings.
• Provide copies of drawings for submission to the Local Authority.

Stage 3

• Following receipt of Local Authority cheques, submit drawings for Planning and/or Building Regulation Approval.
• Negotiate minor amendments with Local Authority.
• Issue approved drawings.

• You are now able to start your project.
